There are a number of people involved in the ongoing operations of MEEELJ Inc. A Board of Directors controls the overall operations and "directs" the endeavor and advises the director on many business matters. implementation is carried out by the Executive Director as are many of the ideas brought to the board for consideration. The Executive Director is the face of MEEELJ and works tirelessly to achieve her mission.

Then there is the staff of dedicated individuals. The behind the scenes workers who keep everything running and keep the director on schedule. MEEELJ has VISTA and AARP sending her emplyees and temporary workers to file, organize, write and perform other related office management tasks.

The most important work comes from volunteeers who give freely of themselves to aid this organization. These dedicated volunteers not only perfom an assortment of tasks, they indirectly show the clients that they are important enough to be helped. This improves their self-esteem which in turn helps them take their rightful place in society.

Last, but certainly not least, are the sponsors of our various events and fundraisers and our donors. The money they provide keeps our doors open, purchases the few items we need to operate, and, expecially, reinforces the message to our participants that they are worthy of respect and a future.
